+These should be made from chicken breast meat wherever possible. Thighs are icky. Nobody sane would use a drumstick or a wing.
+===== Preparing a burger =====
+  - Slice a a bread roll then wrap in aluminium foil and place in an oven for approximately 15-20 minutes at 150 degrees to warm it without it getting all hard and crunchy.
+  - Turn on the grill.
+  - Take the burger and place on the grill for about three to four minutes.
+  - Flip the burger
+  - Grill for another two to three minutes or to your liking. Note chicken burgers should be 75 degrees Celsius when tested with a meat thermometer at their thickest point.

+  - Place the mustard on the bottom of the bun and the tomato sauce on the top of the bun.
