Title
In this page you can see how work with Prosemirror could look like.
Things you can do here:
- Try out the WYSIWIG editor
- Try out the syntax editor
- Edit the page and not worry about results, this is a playground after all
Perhaps what I personally worry about the most: Tables. How do they work? Do they display correctly? Is there any difference between wysiwig-view and the real final view? Why are they called tables? Do they have anything to do with the furniture of the same name? Find all your answers here!
| How do they work? | You just add a new 2×2 table in the editor, and can then use the dropdown to add and remove rows and columns, etc. |
| Do they display correctly? | Looks like it! Try it out yourself |
| Is there any difference between wysiwig-view and the real final view? | Looks like it! Try it out yourself |
| Why are they called tables? | The term actually derives from the latin word “tabula”, which can both mean the plank, board, flat surface; as well as the writing tablet |
| Do they have anything to do with the furniture of the same name? | The lexical overlap is actually intentional, as a table like this is a presentation of data on a flat table! |
